In this project I made an outline, for the other ones I tried to do this but to be honest I pushed it off and I thought it wasn’t going to be helpful but it truly is. I have wrote down an outline including all of my paragraphs and writing little sentences about what pieces I want to try to include and tie together within each paragraph and which quotes I think will flow best with one another and will flow best to back up my thesis. My first draft that had to be 300 words I mostly spent on my outline and writing that and filling that out. Then I have also spent more time working on sentence structure and letting myself flow in my writing but also marking where I think I will need to come back and revisit to clean it up more. I have pulled out my past two essays and my graded sheets with the notes from Professor Miller to help me and notice what I did better from the two and the things that I still struggled with and so that I know which things I really need to focus on and key in on. In my process 1 and 2 I didn’t so much focus on the resources I had as much I didn’t use them as much as I could to improve my writing. This did compare though I did try to use the outline method in my other two writings just not as much so it is improving from here on out. I think my sentence structure focus though has stayed a goal of mine and that was a key focus on the last two papers that I have written so I am trying to make sure that stays a focus so I am not rambling on. I have also used and read the templates in my I say They Say book for these projects and that is really helpful and I have used the book where they give words that you can us in certain sentence transitions and when you need a different discriber for your sentence those are all very helpful to me.
